This post provides you with an overview of how to give someone access to your Google Analytics account without sharing login details.

Step 1: Open your browser and go to https://www.google.com/analytics/

Step 2: Log in if you are not logged in already.

Step 3: Click on “Admin” in the lower left corner.

Step 4: Make sure you select the correct “account” and click on “User Management”

Step 5: Click on the + sign in the upper right corner and select “Add new users”.

Step 6: Enter the email address you wish to give access to.

Step 7: Select user permissions. For a refresher on user permissions, please see the Google Analytics Help Desk for a detailed overview. Most new users will not need “Manage Users” access.

Step 8: Click the blue “Add” button at the top right corner.
