What is 1% for the Planet?
1% for the Planet is the hub that connects a global network of individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. Participating businesses donate 1% of their revenues to environmental nonprofits so we can all make an impact together.
As professionals, we’re often so busy doing what we’re good at, that we simply don’t have the time we wish we had to also be an active advocate for reducing our environmental impact. That’s where 1% for the Planet comes in. They allow us busy professionals to partner up with a nonprofit of our choice and either donate 1% of our revenue or the equivalent in time or products to help THEM make the impact we wish we could initiative ourselves. It’s a wonderful win-win situation along the way.
